Nid's Bungalows are new and all have ensuites with hot water showers, western-style toilets and vanities. The bungalows feature double bed, twin single bed or deluxe 4-bed family style accommodation and all have free multi-channel international cable TV.

Chaweng beach and the most popular nightclubs, bars, shops and markets on Koh Samui are within a few minutes walk from the bungalows.

At 250 square km, Koh Samui is the largest island in the Gulf of Thailand. Koh Samui International Airport is serviced via Bangkok, Krabi, Phuket, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. There are also several car ferries to the mainland.

Purchase of single and return tickets for travel by high speed catamaran to Koh Pha Ngan, Koh Tao, Chumpon, Hua Hin and Bangkok.
Transfers to airport, high speed catamaran from Maenam and ferry to Donsak from Nathon Pier.
Motorbikes for rent.
Use of our new internet room featuring high speed internet access for guests.
Laundry washed, dryed and folded - daily service.
Fishing and eco-tours around the island including all meals, neccessary equipment and transfers to and from the bungalows.

"This is a new hostel, it's only been open about a month to backpackers, the lady there was so helpful with everything we wanted. Our room was spotless everyday and fresh fruit and water was given to us at every chance she seen us. It;s a good place to meet the locals as a lot of the workers from Cheweng live there. It's a little bit out of the way but still only a 5 min walk to the beach. The bungalows were set in lovely gardens with lovely touches like swinging chairs. "Nids bungalows is located very close to the main attractions. Nid herself is very helpful and provides visitors with water and fruit everyday. The Bungalows are roomy and aircon is available for 100baht extra -- well worth it. Rooms are cleaned and fresh linen and towels are provided every day. You cannot beat this place on the island in terms of value for money. Motobikes are available for rent for only $7 a day. I highly recommend this accommodation for budget travelers who want to choose their own kind of holiday without wasting unnecessary money! Try Nids Bungalows, you will never be disappointed!"

"Shared a cab to Chaweng with a couple from Holland, and upon arrival at Nid's Bungalows we were once again amazed by the helfulness, kindness and generosity of these people. They unloaded our backpacks and carried them to our bungalow (which by the way is AMAZING!!!!!!!). We proceeded to lock ourselves in, but they opened the door, brought us water and a plate of fresh fruit and asked us what we'd like to eat!
We took a short walk to where there is a laundry, pool table, small store, and kitchen.

And Nid had introduced herself and was already busy making us pad thai and fried rice! She brought this to our bungalow for us, along with ice for our fanta!!! How nice are these people! We have decided to stay for 5 days, as there is not enough time to dive at Ko Tao, so we will chill here for a while longer and hopefully now have time to meet some elephants!"

"Nid's provided the ULTIMATE recovery from the hectic full moon party in traditional thai bungalows. I woke up to a buddhist blessing and Nid and Alan are great, speak english, very accomodating and will work their hardest to get you what you need either on Ko Samui or around. Best staff I've had in Thailand. Nid's Food is great as well!! Slightly out of the way but this provides some relief from beach rd, and Nid has scooters to get around. "Greeted with friendly staff and fruit platters, staying Nid's Bungalows made staying in Samui a treat. Easy walking distance from the Chaeweng Beach and main street, markets and nightlife. The room was impeccable for 500 Baht each, three of us got air conditioning, clean towells ever day and room cleaning, hot water, a veranda. Cheap internet and laundry available on site as well as traditional home cooking thai-styles. For planning trips to the neighboring islands or any activities on samui we only had to ask and Nid would get onto the phones and organise everything for the absolute best prices. The staff genuinly cared, and personally went out of their way to ensure everything was ok. When we return to thailand we will definately be returning to nid's and reccomending it to all."

"Dearest Nid and Alan, I stayed with you in January of this yr with a friend of mine and also bypassed a couple of friends there as well. I would just like to thank you for making us feel so welcomed, the bungalows are beautiful, yet simple, with everything you need, the welcoming with fruit and water was lovely. I felt imediately at home even though we only got to stay a couple of nights. The food was wonderful! Helping us book our boat trips and taking us to the wharf was a great help!! Alan was great helping us look up things and the both of you were wonderful to talk to. The biggest thankyou I have is when I realised I had lost my passport and was on a different island by then so I rung you and you had found it and held onto it, I dont think I could have been more relieved that it was in your hands!
